About Danielle Wallis

Danielle (aka DW) was born & raised in Santa Cruz, California. After obtaining her BFA in Visual Merchandising in San Francisco, she cut her teeth in New York City and Los Angeles. She brings great drive, grit, and optimism to all of her projects and endeavors.

Danielle has crafted a hands-on creative career in styling, social media, and visual merchandising. She has a penchant for color, textiles, vintage, and print mixing. Danielle is driven & inspired to work with clients who value inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability. She is known as an idea-generator and master researcher; always looking for what's new, colorful, and inspiring. 

Since 2015, Danielle has worked as adjunct professor, BFA and MFA at the Academy of Art University. She leads through empowering her students to push boundaries and create "something out of nothing". Her mentees have been hired by brands such as Proenza Schouler, Issey Miyake, Loreal, Rick Owens, Sephora, Moda Operandi, Nike, Fujifilm, Thinx, Stitch Fix, and Levi's.
